Entry Level Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Bergen. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring new equipment, maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory, and ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure new equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest software updates
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Windows operating systems is preferred

Salary: 1200$ (negotiable based on qualifications)
