Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bergen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, as well as provide training and guidance on technology usage. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Train users on new technologies or software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen (own visa jobs available for all nationalities)

Contract Type: Full-time
