Executive Chef for Pakistani Restaurant in Ajman


We are hiring an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our team at a Pakistani restaurant in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating authentic and delicious Pakistani cuisine, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen staff. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high quality standards in the kitchen. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, and we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase traditional Pakistani dishes while also incorporating modern twists
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks, to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with management to create special menus for events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a Pakistani restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a reputable institution
- Experience working with international cuisines other than Pakistani cuisine
- Proficiency in Urdu or Punjabi language
