Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Ajman
We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a fine dining restaurant in Ajman. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-end establishments, with a strong background in French cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative menus that showcase the finest ingredients and reflect seasonal changes
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants
- Extensive knowledge of French cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Ajman (accommodation not provided)
Visa and ticket: Company will provide visa and ticket for successful candidates.
