Executive Chef for Indian Restaurant in Lusail, Qatar
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian restaurant located in the bustling city of Lusail, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that showcase the unique flavors and dishes of Indian cuisine
- Create and maintain recipe standards and ensure consistency in food preparation
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on budget planning and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Indian restaurant or similar establishment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes using fresh ingredients
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
Location:
The restaurant is located in Lusail, Qatar. While we prefer candidates from India, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have experience working with Indian cuisine.
