IT Manager


As the IT Manager for our company in Vilnius, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a highly dynamic and challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing technological advancements. As an Indian national with English proficiency, you will also bring cultural diversity and language diversity to our team.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and upgrades of all hardware, software, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our systems are efficient and effective
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve processes
- Manage IT budget, including forecasting expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in information technology management role
- Strong technical knowledge of network administration, security protocols, server maintenance, etc.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices for information technology management

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
