Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Acre, Canada. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting the architects in developing and coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and technical designs. Your duties will include conducting site visits, creating 3D models and renderings, and preparing presentations for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and drafting, strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, and excellent proficiency with AutoCAD and other design software. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design and drafting
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects in developing construction drawings, specifications, and technical designs
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for projects
- Create 3D models and renderings for presentation purposes
- Prepare presentations for clients using design software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to architectural design
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in projects
