Architectural Technologist in Acre, Kenya



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Acre, Kenya. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs and plans for construction projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodation, visa and ticket will be provided for non-Kenyan applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct on-site visits to assess construction progress and provide technical support as needed
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
