Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products or services, and driving sales growth. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in increasing revenue and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand the needs of customers and provide appropriate solutions based on our products or services
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Prepare sales contracts and follow company policies regarding payment terms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, trade shows as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Benefits:
