Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city of Kaunas. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the design and construction process for various projects in Kaunas
- Review architectural plans and make necessary revisions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, changes, and concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior members of the architecture team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
