We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical skills and a passion for designing innovative and sustainable structures. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects of various sizes and complexity, as well as the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and models using CAD software. You will also be involved in site visits, conducting surveys, and preparing reports. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and techniques is required to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a degree or diploma in Architecture or Building Technology. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is essential. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
