We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Nepal. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment, such as total station, GPS, and laser levels
- Collect and analyze data to provide accurate measurements and maps
- Prepare reports and drawings based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the accuracy of survey data
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety standards while conducting surveys on active construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Nepali language preferred but not required.
