Formwork Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Formwork Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in formwork construction while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of formwork structures according to plans and specifications
- Prepare materials and tools for formwork construction
- Clean and maintain formwork equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Learn proper techniques for pouring concrete into formwork structures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- No prior experience in formwork required, but some knowledge or interest in construction is preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. On-site accommodation will be provided for the duration of the apprenticeship.
