Part-Time Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in La-Condamine. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. You will work closely with clients and other team members to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, creating detailed plans and drawings, researching building codes and regulations, and collaborating with engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CAD software. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of design principles
