Part-Time Architectural Designer in La Condamine


We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in La Condamine. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and reports
- Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements as needed
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of other design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a salary of $1600 per month. The exact schedule can be discussed during the interview process. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
