We are in search of an experienced Barber to join our salon team in Nairobi. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barber and should be skilled in using various barbering tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyle or facial hair style
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Keep work area clean and sanitize tools after each use
- Upsell salon products to clients and maintain product knowledge
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with clients at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber
- Proficient in using barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Strong knowledge of different hairstyles and facial hair styles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have excellent customer service skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Nairobi.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is required for this position.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime during busy periods.
