Part-Time Office Manager
We are seeking a skilled and organized Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Funchal. This position requires someone with previous experience in office management, as well as excellent communication and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently, managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Keep track of employee schedules and time-off requests
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time hours on weekdays (exact schedule can be discussed)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
