Office Manager - Funchal, Portugal
We are in search of an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, answering calls and emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences as needed
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all staff members
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support when needed
- Train new employees on office procedures, software systems, and equipment use
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budget management is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism with a positive attitude
Salary: 1000$ per month + accommodation provided.
