We are a leading retail company seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays of products in our stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain eye-catching displays of products in store
- Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize product placement and increase sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competition
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Experience working in the retail industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing displays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- A valid driver's license
