We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate should have experience in various maintenance and repair tasks, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other manual tasks as needed. You must also have good communication skills and be able to interact professionally with clients. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Own visa status preferred but not required. Salary is $1700/month.

As our Handyman, you will:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures
- Repair or replace broken appliances, furniture, and equipment
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical work
- Perform carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing cabinets
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Interact professionally with clients to address any concerns or requests

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in order to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Detail-oriented with strong record keeping abilities
