Handyman

Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This position does not require prior experience, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify any issues that require repair or replacement
- Keep the property clean and well-maintained by performing routine cleaning tasks
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for repairs and maintenance work
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Communicate with management regarding any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Valid work visa (sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Fonvieille but may require occasional travel to other properties within the city.
