Indian Call Center Representative in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring an Indian Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through phone calls, emails, and chat support. Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, responding to emails and chat messages from customers.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information about company's products and services.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner with the goal of resolving issues.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the designated department.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah with a valid residence permit (Iqama).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience as a call center representative or similar role is preferred.
- Able to handle high volume of calls while maintaining high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
