Construction Manager - Nairobi, Kenya


We are a leading construction company in Nairobi, Kenya seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and possess excellent project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
