Handyman for Property Management Company



We are a property management company based in Vilnius, seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on properties owned by the company
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc.
- Perform carpentry work such as installing shelves, cabinets, and furniture
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the properties
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for maintenance work

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role is preferred
- Good knowledge of basic household repairs and maintenance
- Ability to use various tools, equipment, and materials effectively
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
