Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position for both men and women. English language proficiency is not required but would be considered a plus. We welcome applicants from all nationalities.
