Concierge in Fonvieille, Monaco
As a Concierge in Fonvieille, Monaco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for guests and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your main duty will be to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of the lobby area
- Keep track of inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
