We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Malayalee barista, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure quality and consistency in all beverages served
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Contribute to creating new menu items and promoting seasonal specials

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills are required; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
