Team Lead for International Contract Job in Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our international team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the work of team members
- Set clear goals and deadlines for projects
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and abilities
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate project updates and progress to upper management
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure project success
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role (team lead, manager, etc.)
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one before starting the job
- Prior experience working in an international environment is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
