Data Analytics Specialist

We are a leading data analytics company in the US, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and tools to analyze large datasets
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes
- Identify key performance indicators and develop dashboards and reports to track them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and design analytical solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner
