Fitter - Industrial Machinery (Kaunas, Lithuania)


We are hiring a skilled Fitter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing industrial machinery and equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to assemble industrial machinery
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit metal parts according to specifications
- Install bearings, gears, belts, and other mechanical components
- Align machinery using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure the proper functioning of machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or apprenticeship in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
