Job Title: Merchandiser

A reputable retail company in the US is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products, monitoring inventory levels, and creating visually appealing displays to drive sales. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Select and purchase high-quality products based on market trends, customer demand, and budget
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely product availability
- Create attractive product displays that align with company standards and drive sales
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month
Location: US (biometric passport preferred)
