We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Akron, USA. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building and constructing forms for concrete structures according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications. This is a physically demanding job that requires great attention to detail and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine form dimensions and materials required
- Measure and cut materials to specified sizes using hand or power tools
- Assemble and secure forms in place using various methods such as nails, bolts, or clamps
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surface using trowels or screeds
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and wind conditions to ensure proper curing of concrete
- Remove forms once concrete has set and clean up work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in formwork construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

This full-time position offers a salary of $1000 per week. It is suitable for men who are English-speaking Kenyans looking for job opportunities in the USA.
