Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site visits, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will also need to have a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and budget management.

Your role will require excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with innovative solutions that meet their requirements. You must also have strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this position, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects. Knowledge of CAD software is essential, as well as proficiency in project management tools.

This is a contract position based in Mauren, suitable for men who are fluent in English. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates without previous experience who show potential and enthusiasm for the role.
