Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist



We are hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are functioning efficiently. You will also troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure new equipment, and educate users on how to effectively utilize technology.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, upgrade, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform repairs as needed
- Educate users on basic computer functions and best practices for data security
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; experience with Linux is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment if needed

Salary: 900$ monthly

We welcome candidates without prior experience in the field as we provide comprehensive training for this entry-level position. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday.
