Job Title: Body Repair Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Washington. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This position requires excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Straighten bent frames and body panels using specialized equipment
- Weld or bond replacement parts into place
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Test repaired vehicles for proper functionality
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Technician/Body Repair Master
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Proficiency in welding, painting, and other repair techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
