Head Chef - Indian Cuisine (Chelyabinsk, Russia)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the head chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and authentic Indian dishes, managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Train and supervise all kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers or importers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management on special events or promotions involving Indian cuisine
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Proven track record of creating delicious dishes with traditional spices and flavors from various regions of India
- Extensive knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, ingredients, equipment, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1500 per month based on experience.
