Senior Architect - Design and Develop Luxury Properties in Herzliya, Israel


Are you a skilled architect with a passion for creating stunning luxury properties? Do you have a strong eye for detail and extensive experience in design and development? We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel.

As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our luxury properties. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to bring projects from concept to completion. Your attention to detail and creativity will be key in ensuring that our properties are of the highest quality and meet the expectations of our clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous luxury property designs
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for luxury property projects from concept to completion
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate it into designs
- Communicate with contractors to ensure smooth execution of designs during construction phase
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
