We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Vianden. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, and welding various metal components together to create structures or products.

Requirements:

- Must be a Malayalee or Nepali national
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience as a welder is not necessary but preferred
- Must be able to live on-site in provided accommodation
- Visa sponsorship will be provided

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding or related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Set up welding equipment according to project specifications
- Weld metal components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, or ARC welding
- Inspect materials for defects and perform necessary repairs or adjustments before beginning the welding process
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the welding process to ensure integrity of welded joints
- Operate cutting torches, grinders, and other tools as needed
- Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols at all times

Salary: Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for increases based on performance.
