Data Analytics Specialist
We are currently hiring for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. As a specialist in data analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large data sets using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to provide insights for decision making
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and develop suitable data solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports
- Continuously monitor data quality and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated on industry developments, advancements in technology, and new analytical methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of statistical tools (e.g. R, Python), database languages (e.g. SQL), and visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Team player with excellent time-management skills
- A passion for problem-solving through data
