Senior Architect - Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that the project meets all requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions that meet their needs
- Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and construction plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee a team of architects and designers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, materials, and techniques to ensure innovative design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software; knowledge of Revit is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. This job is open to applicants from all nationalities; however, proficiency in English is required. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
