Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist


We are looking for an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run smoothly. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1000$. Accommodation is not provided, so we prefer candidates who already live in Faisalabad or are willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email or in person
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the status of their technical issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of computer systems
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware as needed
- Maintain records of all technical issues reported and resolved for future reference

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks and printers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on evenings or weekends if needed
