Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your primary duties will include selecting flowers and other greenery, designing arrangements based on client preferences and event themes, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Select appropriate flowers and greenery for each arrangement
- Create aesthetically pleasing designs based on client specifications
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other displays
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Assist with setting up displays for special events or holidays

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a related field preferred but not required
- Creative flair with an eye for color, texture, and detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Physical dexterity for arranging flowers
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Indian nationality preferred
