Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat, email, social media
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
