Typesetter for English Language Publishing

We are looking for a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Siauliai. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and typesetting text and images for our English language publications. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and typeset text and images for English language publications
- Ensure accuracy of layout, punctuation, and formatting according to established guidelines
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality production of publications
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to typesetting software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role, preferably in an English language publishing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency throughout documents
- Proficiency in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with proofreading or editing
- Knowledge of different font styles and typography principles

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (open to candidates from India)
