We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around the property. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair or replace broken appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Keep the property clean and well-maintained at all times
- Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or assistance
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous materials or working at heights

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge of German is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Liechtenstein (free visa will be provided)
