Handyman for Residential and Commercial Properties


We are in search of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Triesen. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential and commercial properties. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair any damages or malfunctions in buildings, equipment, or appliances
- Inspect properties to identify potential issues or repairs needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are available for jobs
- Follow safety procedures when working on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1600$ per month
