Entry Level Construction Manager

Our construction company in Lahore is seeking an Entry Level Construction Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordinating, and overseeing of construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the construction industry and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, including creating schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and equipment
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Prior experience in construction or project management is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
