Construction Project Manager


Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Lahore preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
