Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on site, including coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure they are adhered to throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Review design plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
- Manage project finances by keeping track of expenditures and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on site at all times.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Lahore. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Pakistan.
