As a Part-Time Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team in Alta, Norway. You will work closely with our team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with a busy schedule or looking to gain experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the team
- Assign tasks and ensure they are completed on time
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor productivity and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with upper management regarding team progress and challenges
- Assist with training new team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Proficiency in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
